The breakfast was great with many options. The staff was attentive and friendly. The hotel was clean and updated. Despite a few hiccups with the TV and WiFi, the overall experience was satisfactory. The jacuzzi and nearby landmarks like Don Davis Memorial Park and Oregon Coast Aquarium added to our relaxation and family bonding time.

The location was jaw-dropping, with easy beach access and a quiet neighborhood. The elevator made transporting luggage a breeze. The non-smoker rooms were a super plus, and the ocean view was fantastic. The air conditioning worked well, and the friendly staff went out of their way to help. The spacious room was soundproof, and the free parking was mind-blowing. The coffee machine and great coffee were a delightful surprise, and the 24-hour reception was super convenient. The forthcoming remodel adds to the anticipation of a future fantastic stay!

During my recent business trip, I had the opportunity to stay at Oyo Waves Hotel Newport Or - Nye Beach, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with the Munson Creek Falls just a short drive away. Visiting the waterfall was definitely a highlight of my trip, and I was in awe of the impressive 266-foot drop. The hotel facilities were lovely, and the proximity to such a stunning natural attraction made my stay even more enjoyable.

Dive into dining with organic Quebec cheeses at Coast & Vine. The epic location near the beach and town center? Double thumbs up. Plus, parking aplenty. Cons: Our room was a tad dusty, but hey, a bit of grime adds character, right? The broken window let Newport's cool breeze in—adds to the adventure! Maybe swap Dial for fancier soap, but C'est la vie. Cheers to an ocean view! 🧀🌊

Fairly clean venue with good location asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Modern room and amazing for the value. Free parking on site provided.

The room was large and cosy, and we were provided with 2 beds on the second, nice view plus a seaview. It had a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a refrigerator. The hotel was in a nice location not far from the beach and the ocean and Newport.

The stunning ocean views from my room at Oyo Waves were simply breathtaking. I even spotted whales swimming by, making my stay truly unforgettable. The thoughtful touch of providing easy accessibility for all guests and allowing pets made me feel truly welcomed.

The hot tub had a funny smell and the ice machine was out of order, but these small inconveniences didn't detract from the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel was fairly clean, being close to the beach. I had well presented food for breakfast on our diets. The rooms were spotless for the value and had all necessary facilities. The most super-friendly staff I ever met.

I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility for senior guests, with well-maintained walkways and wheelchair accessible routes. It made strolling around the facility a breeze, allowing me to explore the area comfortably.

I wish there were more comfortable seating options for the children of the staff.
